Mr. Shapiro
Environmental science and home economics teacher, Tel Aviv
- 🇮🇱 Tel Aviv, Tel Aviv, Israel
- 1987 to 2012
- English, Hebrew
I came to teaching late, after working as a mechanic, and 25 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Outside the classroom I run most mornings. Inside it, I learned every name in the first week.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Mr. Shapiro
If you were in my Grade 8 class, you probably remember the time the class pet escaped.

What gifts mean to Mr. Shapiro: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.

You taught me environmental science in 1997 at Elmwood Secondary School. I still remember the end-of-term party
