Mr. Setiawan
25 years teaching home economics in Yogyakarta
- 🇮🇩 Yogyakarta, Yogyakarta, Indonesia
- Yogyakarta Secondary School
- 1979 to 2011
- English, Indonesian
For 32 years I was the home economics teacher at Yogyakarta Secondary School. I taught Year 10 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
I coached the school's athletics team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.
More about Mr. Setiawan
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Mr. Setiawan: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
