I taught home economics and chemistry at New Orleans High School, New Orleans. I stayed late on Thursdays for anyone who needed it.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.

Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the planetarium, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

I was in your mixed-ability classes class in 2023. You believed I could do it before I did Greetings from Soweto.
