Mr. Serrano
15 years teaching biology in La Plata
- 🇦🇷 La Plata, Buenos Aires, Argentina
- Stonebridge Girls' School
- 1996 to 2022
- English, Spanish
I came to teaching late, after working as a shop assistant, and 26 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Outside the classroom I bake for the whole street at New Year. Inside it, I wrote a short note to every student at the end of term.
If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.
More about Mr. Serrano
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Mr. Serrano: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
