Mr. Serrano

  • Victory Public School
  • Since 1985

For 41 years I have been the art teacher at Victory Public School. I teach primary school children and a few brave older students who wanted extra help. I've run the debate team after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I fix old bicycles. I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
