Mr. Serra
Teacher at Eastgate Public School, loves social studies
- 🇮🇹 Messina, Sicily, Italy
- Eastgate Public School
- 1990 to 2003
- English, Italian
For 13 years I was the social studies teacher at Eastgate Public School. I taught primary school children and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Outside the classroom I make terrible puns. Inside it, I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Mr. Serra
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.

What gifts mean to Mr. Serra: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.

You taught me social studies in 2015 at Eastgate Public School. I still remember the snow day nobody expected. Thank you again.
