Mr. Senanayake
Physics and English literature teacher, Negombo
- 🇱🇰 Negombo, Western, Sri Lanka
- Baobab Middle School
- Since 1988

I came to teaching late, after working as an accountant, and 38 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
More about Mr. Senanayake
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the national park, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Mr. Senanayake: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
