Mr. Schmitz
35 years teaching religious studies in Hannover
- 🇩🇪 Hannover, Lower Saxony, Germany
- Hannover Public School
- 1990 to 1999
- German, French
For nine years I was the religious studies teacher at Hannover Public School. I taught Grade 8 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
I coached the school's football team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Mr. Schmitz
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the old fort, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Mr. Schmitz: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
