I taught early years and geography at Hillcrest Girls' School, Kolkata. My door was open at lunch.
Over the years I had 470 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Mr. Sastry
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
