Mr. Sastry
37 years teaching English literature in Pune
- 🇮🇳 Pune, Maharashtra, India
- Pioneer Grammar School
- Since 2010
- English, Kannada
For 16 years I have been the English literature teacher at Pioneer Grammar School. I teach first-year students and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
I've coached the school's cross-country squad for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Mr. Sastry
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the capital, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Mr. Sastry: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.

You taught me English literature in 2020 at Pioneer Grammar School. I still remember the day the fire alarm went off during the exam.
