For 35 years I was the art teacher at Andes Middle School. I taught Grade 6 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Over the years I had 740 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Mr. Santoso
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Mr. Santoso: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
