Mr. Santana
Taught art at Lakeview High School
- 🇧🇷 Caruaru, Pernambuco, Brazil
- Lakeview High School
- 1985 to 1999
- Portuguese
I came to teaching late, after working as a night-shift cleaner, and 14 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Outside the classroom I garden badly but happily. Inside it, I never turned anyone away.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Mr. Santana
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

You taught me art in 2015 at Lakeview High School. I still remember the long bus ride home
