I teach special education at Northside High School in Half-Way Tree since 1996. Most days I teach Year 9, and I always have a bag of oranges in my drawer.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Mr. Samuels
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Mr. Samuels: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
