Mr. Salim
Teacher at Jakarta Selatan Middle School, loves Spanish
- 🇮🇩 Jakarta Selatan, DKI Jakarta, Indonesia
- Jakarta Selatan Middle School
- Since 2009
- English, Indonesian
I came to teaching late, after working as a bank clerk, and 17 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Outside the classroom I sing in a choir. Inside it, I answer every email, even at midnight.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Mr. Salim
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Mr. Salim: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.

You taught me Spanish in 2021 at Jakarta Selatan Middle School. I still remember the last day before the summer holidays.
