Mr. Salami
18 years teaching music in Badagry
- 🇳🇬 Badagry, Lagos, Nigeria
- Badagry Girls' School
- Since 1991
- English
For 35 years I have been the music teacher at Badagry Girls' School. I teach teenagers and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
I've run the reading group after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
More about Mr. Salami
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
What gifts mean to Mr. Salami: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
