For 25 years I was the French teacher at St. Anne's Public School. I taught primary school children and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Over the years I had 750 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Mr. Salami
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
What gifts mean to Mr. Salami: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
