I came to teaching late, after working as a night-shift cleaner, and 20 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Over the years I've had 880 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.

Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the coast, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
