Mr. Ruiz
Home economics and biology teacher, Mexicali
- 🇲🇽 Mexicali, Baja California, Mexico
- Mexicali Grammar School
- Since 1999
- Spanish, English
For 27 years I have been the home economics teacher at Mexicali Grammar School. I teach Grade 6 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
I've coached the school's netball team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
More about Mr. Ruiz
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Mr. Ruiz: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
