For 20 years I have been the special education teacher at Lincoln Girls' School. I teach Year 7 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Over the years I've had 1,060 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Mr. Ruiz
If you were in my Year 7 class, you probably remember the day the fire alarm went off during the exam.
