For eleven years I have been the economics teacher at Eastgate Girls' School. I teach Grade 11 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Over the years I've had 460 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Mr. Ruiz
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the capital, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

You taught me economics in 2016 at Eastgate Girls' School. I still remember the quiz night we nearly won.

I was in your Grade 11 class in 2021. You believed I could do it before I did. Thank you again.
