Mr. Romero
Retired history teacher from Frangipani Boys' School
- 🇦🇷 San Miguel de Tucumán, Tucumán, Argentina
- 1996 to 2004
- Spanish
I taught history at Frangipani Boys' School in San Miguel de Tucumán from 1996 to 2004. Most days I taught Grade 11, and I wrote a short note to every student at the end of term.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Mr. Romero
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Mr. Romero: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
