Mr. Romero
30 years teaching drama in Coyoacán
- 🇲🇽 Coyoacán, Ciudad de México, Mexico
- Coyoacán Middle School
- Since 1995
- Spanish
I came to teaching late, after working as a farmhand, and 31 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Over the years I've had 1,210 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Mr. Romero
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.

You taught me drama in 2012 at Coyoacán Middle School. I still remember that terrible school play.
