26 years teaching English literature in Monterrey
- 🇲🇽 Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico
- Riverside Secondary School
- Since 1990
- English
For 36 years I have been the English literature teacher at Riverside Secondary School. I teach mixed-ability classes and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Outside the classroom I fix old bicycles. Inside it, I never raise my voice.
More about Mr. Rodríguez
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Mr. Rodríguez: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.

You probably don't remember me, I sat by the window in 2001. I remember you. Greetings from Rohini.

You taught me English literature in 1997 at Riverside Secondary School. I still remember the quiz night we nearly won.
