I taught religious studies at Petrópolis Boys' School in Petrópolis from 1995 to 2013. Most days I taught the final-year class, and I always had a bag of oranges in my drawer.
I coached the school's football team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
