For 23 years I have been the biology teacher at Los Angeles Middle School. I teach primary school children and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Outside the classroom I run most mornings. Inside it, I keep a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Mr. Rivera
If you were in my primary school children class, you probably remember the cold winter when we all kept our coats on.

What gifts mean to Mr. Rivera: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.

I'm a teacher now and I honestly think it started in your classroom. Greetings from Polokwane.

You taught me biology in 2014 at Los Angeles Middle School. I still remember that terrible school play.
