For 40 years I have been the mathematics teacher at Hialeah Technical College. I teach first-year students and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Outside the classroom I fix old bicycles. Inside it, I write a short note to every student at the end of term.
If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.
More about Mr. Rivera
If you were in my first-year students class, you probably remember the day we all got the giggles in assembly.

What gifts mean to Mr. Rivera: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
