Mr. Rezende

History and art teacher, São Paulo

  • 🇧🇷 São Paulo, São Paulo, Brazil
  • Frangipani Grammar School
  • 1990 to 2004
  • Portuguese
I taught history at Frangipani Grammar School in São Paulo from 1990 to 2004. Most days I taught Year 9, and I learned every name in the first week. I coached the school's netball team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again. I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

More about Mr. Rezende

The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
