Mr. Regassa

Retired home economics teacher from Addis Ababa Academy

  • 🇪🇹 Addis Ababa, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
  • Addis Ababa Academy
  • 1989 to 2012

I taught home economics at Addis Ababa Academy in Addis Ababa from 1989 to 2012. Most days I taught Year 10, and I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk. Over the years I had 1,380 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile. I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

You taught me home economics in 2024 at Addis Ababa Academy. I still remember the cold winter when we all kept our coats on.
