I teach environmental science and French at Silverlake Boys' School, Kinondoni. I never raise my voice.
Over the years I've had 1,040 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

What gifts mean to Mr. Rashidi: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
