I taught drama at Harbor High School in Juazeiro do Norte from 1980 to 1988. Most days I taught Year 7, and I always had a bag of oranges in my drawer.
I coached the school's volleyball team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.

Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the national park, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
