Mr. Ramírez
31 years teaching art in Jacksonville
- 🇺🇸 Jacksonville, Florida, United States
- Northside Grammar School
- Since 1991
- English
I came to teaching late, after working as a nurse, and 35 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Mr. Ramírez
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the mountains, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Mr. Ramírez: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
