For 48 years I have been the early years teacher at Pioneer Grammar School. I teach Year 9 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Outside the classroom I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays. Inside it, I write a short note to every student at the end of term.

I was in your Year 9 class in 1999. You believed I could do it before I did. Greetings from Manchester.

You taught me early years in 2006 at Pioneer Grammar School. I still remember the volcano experiment that got a bit out of hand.
