Mr. Rahman
Accounting teacher at Dhaka Girls' School, 1998 to 2006

I came to teaching late, after working as a bus driver, and eight years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Outside the classroom I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays. Inside it, I wrote a short note to every student at the end of term.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.

What gifts mean to Mr. Rahman: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.

I failed accounting twice before you. After you I passed with a B. Thank you! Truly.

You taught me accounting in 2024 at Dhaka Girls' School. I still remember the last day before the summer holidays
