I teach agriculture at Crescent Secondary School in Giza since 1980. Most days I teach primary school children, and I keep a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
Outside the classroom I garden badly but happily. Inside it, I keep a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.

What gifts mean to Mr. Radwan: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
