Mr. Quiroga
30 years teaching environmental science in Riverside
- 🇺🇸 Riverside, California, United States
- Riverside Secondary School
- Since 2002
- English, Spanish
I came to teaching late, after working as a radio technician, and 24 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
I've run the science fair after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I garden badly but happily.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Mr. Quiroga
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Mr. Quiroga: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.

you taught me environmental science in 2007 at Riverside Secondary School. I still remember the morning the power went out and we had class in the yard. Thank you again.
