Mr. Popov
31 years teaching drama in Kazan
- 🇷🇺 Kazan, Tatarstan, Russia
- Eastgate Girls' School
- 1979 to 2001
- English, Russian
I came to teaching late, after working as a waiter, and 22 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

What gifts mean to Mr. Popov: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.

You taught me drama in 1982 at Eastgate Girls' School. I still remember the time the class pet escaped.
