Mr. Popoola
French and mathematics teacher, Abuja
- 🇳🇬 Abuja, Abuja FCT, Nigeria
- Northside Middle School
- 2018 to 2025
- English, Hausa
For eight years I was the French teacher at Northside Middle School. I taught Year 7 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
I coached the school's athletics team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Mr. Popoola
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Mr. Popoola: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
