Mr. Popoola

Religious studies and Spanish teacher, Bonny

  • 🇳🇬 Bonny, Rivers, Nigeria
  • Bonny Technical College
  • Since 1988
  • English, Yoruba
For 38 years I have been the religious studies teacher at Bonny Technical College. I teach the final-year class and a few brave older students who wanted extra help. Outside the classroom I make terrible puns. Inside it, I learn every name in the first week. Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.

What gifts mean to Mr. Popoola: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
