Mr. Pillay
Spanish and mathematics teacher, Paarl
- 🇿🇦 Paarl, Western Cape, South Africa
- Greenfield Grammar School
- Since 1979
- English, Afrikaans, Spanish
I teach Spanish and mathematics at Greenfield Grammar School, Paarl. I keep a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
Over the years I've had 1,690 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.

If you were in my the final-year class class, you probably remember the volcano experiment that got a bit out of hand.
