Mr. Pillai
Taught drama at Mumbai High School
- 🇮🇳 Mumbai, Maharashtra, India
- Mumbai High School
- 2010 to 2021
- English, Kannada
I came to teaching late, after working as a bus driver, and eleven years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Over the years I had 570 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Mr. Pillai
If you were in my first-year students class, you probably remember the day we all got the giggles in assembly.
What gifts mean to Mr. Pillai: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.

You taught me drama in 2018 at Mumbai High School. I still remember the morning the power went out and we had class in the yard
