Mr. Pierce
Social studies and history teacher, Scranton
- 🇺🇸 Scranton, Pennsylvania, United States
- 2014 to 2025
- English, French
Scranton Girls' School was my second home. I taught social studies there from 2014 to 2025, mostly Grade 11.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Mr. Pierce
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Mr. Pierce: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
