Mr. Pickett
Taught special education at Harmony Academy
- 🇬🇧 Birmingham, England, United Kingdom
- Harmony Academy
- 1987 to 2011
- English
For 24 years I was the special education teacher at Harmony Academy. I taught Grade 4 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Outside the classroom I fix old bicycles. Inside it, I never turned anyone away.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Mr. Pickett
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
