Mr. Phillips
37 years teaching mathematics in Leeds
- 🇬🇧 Leeds, England, United Kingdom
- Crown Middle School
- Since 1981
- English, Spanish
I came to teaching late, after working as a radio technician, and 45 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
I've coached the school's netball team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.

What gifts mean to Mr. Phillips: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.

You taught me mathematics in 1988 at Crown Middle School. I still remember the snow day nobody expected.

You taught me mathematics in 2024 at Crown Middle School. I still remember the day we all got the giggles in assembly.
