Mr. Pham
27 years teaching music in San Jose
- 🇺🇸 San Jose, California, United States
- San Jose Girls' School
- Since 2000
- English, Vietnamese
I came to teaching late, after working as a shop assistant, and 26 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Over the years I've had 520 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

What gifts mean to Mr. Pham: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
