I came to teaching late, after working as a farmhand, and 41 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Outside the classroom I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window. Inside it, I stay late on Thursdays for anyone who needs it.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

What gifts mean to Mr. Pettersson: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.

You taught me biology in 1992 at Malmö Primary School. I still remember the volcano experiment that got a bit out of hand
