Mr. Petrenko
25 years teaching history in Saint Petersburg
- 🇷🇺 Saint Petersburg, Saint Petersburg, Russia
- Cedar Grove Girls' School
- Since 2004
- English
For 22 years I have been the history teacher at Cedar Grove Girls' School. I teach Grade 6 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Mr. Petrenko
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.
What gifts mean to Mr. Petrenko: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.

You taught me history in 2010 at Cedar Grove Girls' School. I still remember the day the fire alarm went off during the exam.
