Mr. Petersen
Religious studies and French teacher, Johannesburg
- 🇿🇦 Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa
- Liberty Public School
- 1986 to 2021
- English, Zulu
I taught religious studies at Liberty Public School in Johannesburg from 1986 to 2021. Most days I taught Year 7, and my door was open at lunch.
I coached the school's volleyball team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.

What gifts mean to Mr. Petersen: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
