Mr. Pereira
22 years teaching social studies in Duque de Caxias
- 🇧🇷 Duque de Caxias, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil
- Duque de Caxias Public School
- 1981 to 2015
- Portuguese
I taught social studies at Duque de Caxias Public School in Duque de Caxias from 1981 to 2015. Most days I taught Grade 4, and I stayed late on Thursdays for anyone who needed it.
Over the years I had 750 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.
More about Mr. Pereira
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Mr. Pereira: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
