Mr. Peña
Teacher at Augusta Grammar School, loves history
- 🇺🇸 Augusta, Georgia, United States
- Since 1980
- English, Spanish
I came to teaching late, after working as a waiter, and 46 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Outside the classroom I'm always reading two books at once. Inside it, I always have a bag of oranges in my drawer.

What gifts mean to Mr. Peña: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.

You taught me history in 1990 at Augusta Grammar School. I still remember the day the fire alarm went off during the exam. Truly.

You taught me history in 1984 at Augusta Grammar School. I still remember the morning the power went out and we had class in the yard
