Mr. Peña
History teacher at San Francisco Secondary School, 1992 to 2002
- 🇺🇸 San Francisco, California, United States
- San Francisco Secondary School
- 1992 to 2002
- English, Spanish
For ten years I was the history teacher at San Francisco Secondary School. I taught the youngest children and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Outside the classroom I garden badly but happily. Inside it, I stayed late on Thursdays for anyone who needed it.
More about Mr. Peña
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
What gifts mean to Mr. Peña: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
